Transformation™ educates buyers of the benefits of home ownership and assists them in breaking the vicious cycle of renting.  However, Transformations™ FREE Financial Literacy seminars go far beyond the run-of-the mill home buying seminars.

Those who are serious about their financial futures realize that renting is a dead-end road, and works only to build wealth for the owner of the home.  While renting a home is a vital stepping stone to obtaining financial independence, it was never intended to be a final destination.  No matter where you live, if you are renting your home then you are living on a dead end street.  The monetary benefits alone of owning vice renting are way to vast to even attempt to expound on in a single article.  This is why most financial planners will just blog about it or write "skeleton" articles with no real "meat" merely to entice prospects to employ their services.

Transformation™ has done something different.  We have partnered up with a 501(c)(3) non-profit fitness and intellectual training organization called F.I.T. 4 Life Development (Fitness and Intellectual Training for Life Development) to provide FREE Financial Literacy seminars to the respective communities that we have established partnerships.  Attendees not only get educated on the fundamentals of personal finance; but also on their respective housing market, locally available housing and down payment assistance programs, mortgage products and associated guidelines, Realtor®/Lender selection, government backed savings/investment vehicles, incentive driven local economic development programming and more.  Last (but definitely not least) Transformation™ outlines the myriad of fiscal benefits (including updated tax incentives) of owning vice renting your home.
