The process can take place in as little as 90 days (sometimes faster) and no longer than 18 months (for clients with significant debt/credit issues). Most clients find themselves in their home in approximately 120 days. Even those clients who initially thought they could never qualify for a home because of past credit mistakes or very low credit scores.
Clients with recent bankruptcies, repossessions and foreclosures can still qualify for a home loan. All it takes to own your home is gainful employment (at least 12 months in the same field of work/profession), correct information (regulations, guidelines and qualification standards), a feasible financial plan (budget oriented) and commitment (self-discipline).
